He&#039;s since scaled things down to a population of 20,000.

I&#039;ll take another look at them, but there&#039;s no guarantee I won&#039;t weep again.

I couldn&#8217;t make heads or tails of his spreadsheets. Also, his models at the time assumed a beat population of 5 million, give or take a mill. He&#8217;s since scaled things down to a population of 20,000.</p>
